Shipping policy — OnlyPlanks

We sell flooring supply only. How it gets to you is your choice — we don’t add freight markup.

Where we sell: we sell and deliver to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA only. We can’t take orders for WA, NT or TAS addresses.

Collect from warehouse

Free. Pick up from the nearest stocked supplier warehouse. Bring a ute or trailer; you load it. We’ll email warehouse details and your order reference after payment.

Deliver to freight depot

Available at checkout where we can rate it. We send your order to a depot near you; you collect from the depot.

Deliver to your door

Buy the floor now. We’ll show a rough door-to-door estimate as a guide only. After purchase we email a link to book delivery with a preferred freight partner. You pay the carrier direct — no freight margin from OnlyPlanks.

Remote areas

Some postcodes are Collect or Depot only.

Damage

Inspect with the driver. Note damage on the delivery docket before you sign.
